The Christian Life

The Christian life is a glorious life no matter the context in which we live it. The Christian life is a life characterized by walking with God and living like Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Genesis 5:22 we discover a man by the name of Enoch who walked with God. That is, he lived a life of obedience to the will of God. Today, more than ever, Christian men everywhere are called to live in such a way that puts how much they value God and salvation on display through our lips (praise and proclamation) and their love (acts of kindness that benefits others).

This month’s First Sunday Communion Service worship service was a blessing! So good to see new faces and new souls come to hear what thus says the Lord!

I thank God for the faithful men who come to worship and pray together each month at the prison.

Thank God for Christian men in prisons all over the world who continue to worship God in tough settings while also proclaiming the gospel of Jesus so that others may repent and believe and avoid the coming judgment when Christ returns. That is what Enoch did (Jude 14-15).

Praise be to God for the glorious Christian life!
